PHOENIX

Phoenix is Davey Slater on guitar and Krista Uphill on fiddle. They joined forces after meeting on the Broadstairs circuit and have been performing together for ten years or so.
DADGAD exponent Davey, provides the powerful singing and dynamic guitar work in his accompaniments, while Krista contributes lively instrumentals - in the Irish style - and backing vocals.

TATTIE JAM

Tattie Jam play (mainly Scots) traditional and folk music - with a twist.  Seylan Baxter sings and plays the lead on a 5-string electric cello, and Ruaridh Pringle sings and plays dynamic accompaniment on guitar.  Their style is highly energetic, with a strong rhythmic underpinning, being bounced around between both musicians with both singers alternating the lead.  They're booked at Glastonbury!
