Singer-songwriter of exceptional talent, popular lad in these parts. Nottingham born Ron spent his formative years in Chislehurst and has never lived far from South East London. He now lives in Sidcup, Kent and regularly plays the pub and club circuit. In the last few years Ron has performed at some of the county’s most prestigious folk festivals including Guernsey and Broadstairs.
An exceptionally talented guitarist, Ron is also a prolific song-writer and has released five albums to date. His work encompasses folk, blues and county, which he delivers in a highly professional, individual and entertaining style.
In addition to Ron's solo performances, he is joined on various occasions by folk performers, such as Pete Fyfe, Les Elvin and George Wilson.
There is no sound reason why this man has not been hailed as the new Richard Thompson.
