Fraser Nimmo is a Scottish singer/songwriter who combines traditional songs with his own material in an organic melange of Celtic musicality. His songs cover the whole gamut of human experience and are delivered with flair, wit, compassion and serious digital dexterity on guitar and banjo.
Fraser recently teamed up with Ian Bolens a virtuoso guitarist from Canada who has played with many fine singer-songwriters over the years. Their first album Cianalas has been favourably reviewed in all areas of the music press. They are touring extensively in Britain and Europe.
Jazz enthusiasts across London will no doubt have heard of vocalist Mitch Hiller. Performing jazz standards in his own inimitable style has put Mitch in high demand right across the capital. Mitch however is far more versatile than than just the Jazz idiom. He has performed with the likes of Chaka Khan, is a feature of Clem Curtis and the Foundations ('Build me up Buttercup'), writes and produces records, and is also a singing teacher. He also has 12 gold LP's to his name from working with a myriad of popular groups and artistes.
Tonight promises to be a varied evening of Folk, Jazz and popular music.
