Quality singer and guitarist.  Eclectic mix of contemporary songs.  Tom & Ed are residents at the OFC but due to Tom's work commitments we are not able to see them often.

So make the most of it and support them tonight. It may be a while before we see them again.

Farnfest
3rd ~ 4th ~ 5th June 2005

FarnFest Music Festival - an annual weekend of gigs and performances by wide and varied types of music and musicians.

It is a non-profit making organisation set up to support and promote music based entertainment in Farnborough Village and surrounding areas.

Orpington Folk Club as part of the village festival, is to run three folk events as below.

Ron Trueman-Border is one of the most prolific songwriter on the acoustic folk scene.  He is also one of the busiest – performing all over the country.  His songs are accessible with easily learned choruses.  Many of his songs are covered by other musicians.

Dave Ellis & Boo Howard
Dave Ellis & Boo Howard @ Orpington Folk Club ' Change of Horses' 2005

Dave's inspiring guitar and Boo's exceptional voice in a unique songwriting style of their own.  Dave Ellis and Boo Howard are a contemporary acoustic duo from London with a musical partnership that spans 25 years.

Dave and Boo are currently appearing in folk and acoustic clubs and venues around the south east and have  completed their third acoustic album.
