Sally Ironmonger is a singer-songwriter based in Medway, who writes and performs in collaboration with her husband, Brian Carter. Her songs sit very comfortably within the genres of folk, roots, poetry and comedy.
Brian is guitarist, co-writer and musical director and has developed a guitar style which fuses jazz, folk and Latin.

The 'Back Room Band' are playing at Orpington Folk Club this Thursday (21st) at the Change of Horses PH in Farnborough Vilage (opens at 8.00 pm). We're billed as 'The Phil Burchell Band' and I'm told the the organisers speculated last week as to who this might actually be this year. Well, we are a 'new' line up up consisting of faces you'll certainly know already ...that's Me (vocals and guitar), Ric' Cecconi (Double Bass), Clodagh Reynolds (vocals and guitar) and Karen Ritson (vocals). We like the sound we hear and we hope you will too...See you there?
Phil is back to play his brand of carefully selected contemporary songs. Phil has been a regular guest for quite a few years. The lineup changes but the quality of performance doesn’t.
